We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to expand our Art and Co-Development services across North America. You will have a strong background in the video game industry, particularly in art production and outsourcing, and will be adept at building and maintaining relationships with clients. We’re looking for energetic individuals who are excited to make their mark on the success of our North American Art studios: Liquid Development and Volta.
Some of the cool stuff you'll be doing:
New Business Development: Identify and pursue new client opportunities within the video game art services sector and adjacent markets. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and projects. Secure new business deals to meet clear revenue targets. Present and promote our services to potential clients, attending industry events, trade shows, and meetings. Client Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing and repeat business. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs and expectations are met. Strategic Planning: Develop strategies to pursue new business and adjacent market opportunities. Work with the studio leadership to devise new business approaches and models that complement our core business. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential new business opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations to the Service Line Director for strategic planning. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance to meet or exceed targets. Work closely with leadership to monitor success metrics, and adjust strategies and tactics as necessary to achieve goals.
