Armed Security Officer - $23.53 + $500 Bonus!

Securitas is offering a $500 bonus to those who hold an Armed Endorsement on their Denver Guard License!

Location: Denver, CO

Shifts Available:

Monday - Thursday, 6:4am-4:30pmTuesday - Saturday, 11:30pm-6:30amTuesday - Friday, 7am-5pmMonday - Thursday, 7am-5pm 

Rate: $23.53/Hour

Securitas Security Services is looking for Armed Security professionals to join our team in providing overall safety and security services to our clients. Our armed program includes advanced firearms training, personal defense strategies, de-escalation, and use of force. We issue all necessary equipment to include company issued firearm and ammunition. We are looking for individuals who have prior law enforcement, military, and/or armed experience to join our team!

What Your Day May Look Like

Conflict resolution and de-escalationSecure entrances / patrol inside and outside the client's premisesFrequent interactions with client employees and guestsIdentify and report safety issues or hazardous conditionsClearly and quickly report any suspicious activityProvide detailed written reports.

Position Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age to be considered for an armed positionHigh school diploma or GED requiredStandard computer / technology skills neededMust have Armed Security experienceMust pass pre-hire testing assignment and shooting qualificationMust be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional mannerMust be able to conduct patrols throughout shiftMust have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout the shift.

We are looking for dynamic individuals who can provide outstanding customer service, control access for patrons, visitors, or vendors as required, monitor CCTV, and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
