Oversee team performance, assign duties, and support the professional development of Guest Experience Experts through training and consistent feedback. Ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly and to their satisfaction, following up to confirm expectations are exceeded. Respond to guest inquiries regarding property amenities, services, room features, and local attractions. Coordinate special arrangements such as spa appointments, transportation, babysitting, religious services, financial assistance, or business center needs by liaising with relevant departments or external providers. Ensure all guest interactions are handled with discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail. Collaborate with management to improve departmental procedures, service offerings, and guest experiences. Monitor work quality and service timelines, and ensure compliance with brand standards. Maintain a polished, professional appearance and uphold confidentiality standards for guests and colleagues. Communicate clearly in person, by phone, and in writing; welcome and acknowledge guests; and resolve concerns promptly and respectfully. Foster a supportive team environment, motivate staff to reach performance goals, and ensure operational efficiency.
