We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Area Talent Acquisition Manager** to lead recruiting efforts for our Chantilly and Arlington, VA offices. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle, high-volume recruitment process—from sourcing and screening to interviews and offers—while also leading and developing a team of five or more recruiters. You will partner with local and regional leadership to create strategic hiring plans that align with business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, experience managing recruitment teams, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. This position plays a key role in driving operational success by ensuring we attract and hire top talent aligned with our values and goals. **_***Must travel to the Arlington office one to two days a week._** **Benefits:** **We believe in investing in our people. Manage recruitment needs for each office. 2. Manage all Recruiter activities and ensure all approved high volume recruitment process are followed. 3. Develop recruiting strategies to meet hiring needs. 4. Partner with line management on hire needs and recruiting efforts. 5. Develop ongoing effective relationships that will result in increased applicant flow. 6. Hire and train all new recruiters according to company expectations. 7. Establish team goals and expectations. 8. Energetic and focused personality with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines. 9. Have coaching and counseling skills. 10. Possess top notch organization skills. **Other Responsibilities** + Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a high-volume recruiting environment such as services industries, staffing agencies, or the event and entertainment industry + Experience managing a team of five or more + Highly professional and ethical with unquestioned integrity + Strong planning, organizing, and decision-making abilities + Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills + Have coaching and counseling skills + Demonstration of strong customer service orientation required, with the ability to effectively resolve issues in a professional and service-focused manner + Conscientious and demonstrated initiative + Must have a valid driver’s license **Competences** 1. Natural high sense of urgency is a must 2. Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments, and effectively manage deadlines. 3. Able to work independently in a dynamic environment with ever-changing priorities. 4. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications; and ability to use technology to create meaningful reports and measurements. 5. Professional, articulate, and able to use good independent judgment and discretion. 6. Outstanding oral and written communication skills. **Education/Experience:** Bachelor’s Degree in an HR-related field, or associate’s degree and three or more years of progressively responsible HR experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
