Ventia is seeking an experienced Area Supervisor to join our telecommunications division, supporting the NBN N2P program. This is a dynamic leadership role responsible for coordinating multi-disciplinary trade teams across various construction projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage field supervisors, construction teams, and subcontractors across multiple sites Ensure compliance with Ventia’s HSE Culture Framework and safety protocols Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and construction timelines Conduct site audits, quality checks, and ensure delivery of defect-free work Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including clients, regulators, and community representatives
About you:
Proven supervisory experience in telecommunications or heavy engineering projects Trade qualification preferred Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills Willingness to travel frequently across regional NSW Passionate about safety, quality, and team development
