Area Sales Manager - Ruhrgebiet Region (m/w/d)

We’re looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Area Sales Manager (m/w/d) to drive regional sales growth in the Rhine-Ruhr metropolitan region and strengthen relationships with key partners in the heating and water solutions industry.

This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded professional with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering value through technical solutions. You’ll work closely with wholesale distributors, installers, and internal teams to support projects and build brand presence across the region. With a focus on collaboration, long-term relationship management, and localized sales strategy, you'll play a vital role in expanding Resideo’s footprint in the German market.

As a key face of Resideo in the field, your work will directly impact revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and market penetration.

 

JOB DUTIES:

Manage and grow relationships with wholesale partners and key installer accounts. Actively pursue new business opportunities and support major projects in the region. Represent Resideo at trade shows, local events, and customer training sessions. Deliver product presentations and technical workshops for distributors and end-users. Support regional sales campaigns and marketing initiatives in alignment with national strategy. Drive demand generation through Point-of-Sale (POS) initiatives and localized promotions. Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data using our CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams on inventory planning, customer support, and performance tracking.

 

YOU MUST HAVE:

Sales experience in a technical or B2B environment Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A confident, customer-oriented approach and ability to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM familiarity is a plus. Fluent German (spoken and written); English skills are an advantage. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
