Area Sales Manager - RLC and Construction

Toro Australia is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Area Sales Manager to join our RLC (Residential, Landscape, Contractor) and Construction Equipment Sales team. In this exciting role, you will represent Toro in VIC, SA and TAS, providing sales and marketing support to dealers and end-users while driving area sales plans for RLC, Construction and Spare Parts to success. What Will You Do? + Develop and execute sales and marketing plans tailored to your designated territory. + Support and maintain dealer networks while monitoring performance and implementing improvement strategies. + Demonstrate Toro’s innovative products to potential customers, showcasing their value and performance. + Prepare sales forecasts and work collaboratively to achieve ambitious targets. + Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to maintain Toro's competitive edge. What Do You Bring? + Proven success in equipment sales, ideally within the turf or RLC and construction sector. + Strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to discuss operational aspects of turf care, RLC, construction equipment and spare parts with confidence. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with dealers and customers. + Organizational and planning abilities to manage multiple priorities and achieve sales goals. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools. + A valid Australian driver’s license and the flexibility to travel in the VIC, SA and TAS regions.
