We are seeking a strategic leader to join Roche Diagnostics as an Area Sales Manager and take responsibility for driving growth while leading, inspiring, and developing a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Driving and leading sales activities in diabetes care and PPP Projects for Turkey,

Developing good relations with the main contractor companies and tracking the processes closely,

Regularly conveying information to the Head of Commercials and contributing to the formation of sales strategies,

Carrying out domestic and foreign correspondence processes related with the main contractor companies,

Working in a harmony with the related all support functions for the project preparations and providing necessary statistical data for the preparation,

Configuring and managing work flow together with solution partners,

Preparing cost analysis and price offers for customers; under the control of Commercial Chapter Head,

To ensure full compliance & legal within his/her responsibility area according to Roche and local compliance & legal guidelines.

Who You Are

You have a minimum 5 years of people management experience in the sales area within healthcare.

Diabetes care and/or PPP project management experience is strongly desired. 

You are able to translate big-picture goals into actionable plans and execute strategies.

You are dedicated to understanding and exceeding customer needs, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace challenges with a growth mindset.

You have minimum upper-intermediate level of English.

You are located in İstanbul.
