**What is the job about?**
You'll be the face of Grundfos, at the forefront of managing our valued Groundwater and Irrigation customers, playing a key role in delivering sustainable water solutions, developing new sales opportunities and maintaining recurring business, while sharing market knowledge within the team to strengthen Grundfos's business results and market share.
**Your main responsibilities:**
+ Develop and execute business plans and realize sales topline target in the responsible area. Adherence to sales policies, procedures and systems to ensure compliance
+ Develop and maintain end-user, contractor, consultant and distributor network, develop end-user, contractor and distributor competencies.
+ Develop relationship with key stakeholders in all business streams to maximize sales opportunities, helping to achieve topline sales targets.
+ Build up and maintain good relationships with all external stakeholders, including end users, design institutes, consulting firms, authorities, etc.
+ According to sales target, work out sales strategy and action plan in the specific business area of the specific region.
+ Manage and maintain Opportunity Pipeline (C4C) and Business plan in line with local guidelines, and support finance with customer outstanding balances (aged debt).
**Your background:**
+ A Bachelor’s degree in Water/Wastewater Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience in the field of water process products
+ Knowledge of pumping and associated equipment within the UK borehole and irrigation sectors
+ Strong communication skills in English at all levels, with strong stakeholder management skills.
+ Experience with control/automation equipment, typically used in the UK borehole and irrigation sectors
+ Positive, resilient and a good networker (track record in collaborating within own company but also internationally).
+ Good Business Acumen.
+ Excellent presentation skills
