**Safety-Kleen,** is seeking a **Area Sales Manager, Lubricant Sales – Bulk Product Services** . The Area Sales Manager, Lubricant Sales – Bulk Product Services is a REMOTE role based out of the NC area, which requires a reliable vehicle. Mileage is reimbursed at the standard milage rate. Our Area Sales Manager, Lubricant Sales focuses on building our finished lubricants, used motor oil collection business along with other associated services within the automotive, construction, HD trucking / transportation and manufacturing industries. The Sales Rep will maintain strong business relationships with the area's accounts, while selling additional products and services to new and existing customers. They will address customer questions on products, services and billing. The position also requires Rep to perform a variety of administrative and field tasks, including setting up accounts, product services, and generating waste profiles.
**Pay Range - $85-95K Base Salary**

+ Communicate and interact with facility and service management to ensure that customers’ needs are met; Promote communication and coordination between Sales, Operations, Customer Service and Customers.
+ Complete annual Sales Revenues Budget; Ensure the timely approval of expense reports from direct reports and manager and control sales expenses.
+ Work with appropriate VP in formulating, developing, prioritizing and implementing market strategies, market penetration, and business goals and objectives
+ Obtain a minimum yearly goal in new business accounts. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenues objectives. Establish extensive knowledge of competitive pricing, market rates to ensure an acceptable win rate at acceptable margins.
+ Maintain daily awareness of direct report sales activities and results. Complete joint sales calls with LOBS, KAMs and Ams at key accounts to help grow business and provide coaching and feedback. Conduct performance evaluations of key performance indicators and statistics to monitor progress in attaining goals.
+ Work with LOB sales in developing business plans and priorities for targeting new cross sell opportunities.
+ Complete quarterly customer reviews for account development and activity with direct reports.
+ Negotiate pricing and contact requirements at key accounts with support of appropriate VP as needed
+ Collaborate with operational personnel to evaluate all potential approaches for new opportunities.
**What does it take to work for Safety-Kleen?**
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration/ marketing/ or related field (Alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree).
+ 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the industrial, automotive or environmental services markets.
+ Valid driver’s license and reliable form of transportation required.
+ Ability to travel overnight as needed.
+ Excellent computer skills (MS Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
+ Time and territory management skills to ensure focus on value-added sales activities.
+ Strong collaboration skills and the ability to facilitate a service team approach to ensure customer satisfaction and follow-through.
+ Strong negotiation skills and the ability to drive decision-making.
+ Ability to travel within the region.
