Job Purpose

The purpose of this job is to manage a team driving sell-in, sell-out and off-take in a defined geography to execute defined GTM models, channel strategy and defined off-take programmes to deliver planned profitable growth through volume, revenue and mix while ensuring productivity of assets deployed in the market – POST/Eeden etc

Key Accountabilities

Meet distributors every 2 months using the Business Plan sheet.

Review distribution growth, mix, retention, invoicing, operations, credit vs ROI.

Identify gaps (inventory, credit, resources) and agree on fixes.

Assess distributor and team capability (proprietor, manager, TO, DSR).

Check infrastructure: warehouse, stacking, hygiene, vehicles, manpower.

Compare offtake vs sell-in programs (painter, projects, assistants).

Confirm beat adherence, SLAs, account clarity, and promo compliance.

Build team skills: planning, product/POST training, complaint handling.

Manage retailer profitability via discounts, rebates, and loyalty programs.

Ensure SOP adherence and use of tools (DERP, CRM, painter engagement).

Monitor performance with MIS reports; review and act regularly.

Track and optimize asset productivity (POST, In-Store equipment).
