Area Sales Manager
Worcester covering The Midlands
£45,250 - £47,632 per year plus Company car or car allowance plus Sales Incentive Scheme
35 hours per week
We have an excellent opportunity for an Area Sales Manager to join our thriving sales team who are responsible for all new build sales within Sanctuary including both Shared Ownership and Open Market tenure. With a strong background in customer service and excellent negotiation and presentation skills, you will be an experienced people manager who can lead a team to deliver successful results.
Through our exciting development programme we aspire to build 30,000 new homes. This is an excellent opportunity to join our ambitious Development department who will be delivering this project. Therefore, if you are a hardworking and ambitious individual who strives for success, this could be the role for you.
The role of Area Sales Manager will include:
Manage and collate all sales and marketing documentation required to support the Group's national development programme Manage, Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers identifying any shortfalls in service delivery and ensuring issues are raised for resolution in line with Group aims and objectives Ensure the accurate reporting of sales status across the national programme, including liaising with solicitors, sales managers and sales coordinators to provide timely updates within agreed formats Manage the recruitment, performance and development of quality staff to ensure strong teams are built who can deliver in line with business needs and individual accountabilities
Skills and experiences:
Recent experience in undertaking a similar role Some experience of working in a customer service and or/administrative role Working knowledge of analysing and diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions Previous experience of managing a team Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Proficient user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
