Job Description

Responsibilities

Achieve the sales targets for instruments, reagents, and consumables across all segments in the region.Promote PCT and ImmunoCap technology among clinicians to boost product demand.Sustain and grow the Specialty Diagnostics Division, including Biochemistry, Immunodiagnostics, and Microbiology, in Eastern India.Successfully implement new product introductions in the clinical segment.Monitor and develop channel partners, ensuring alignment with AOP and company policies.Regularly update and register opportunities and activities on SFDC.Conduct promotional activities such as CME, conferences, and symposia, and participate in national and regional events.Provide customer demos and support to commercial labs' marketing teams.

Requirements

Proven track record in sales, particularly in the diagnostics or healthcare sector.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve ambitious goals.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Experience with Channel Management and familiarity with SFDC.Dedication to compliance and company policies.
