We sell our solutions for applications such as hydrogen hydrolysis, network inertia and reactive power compensation, energy storage, renewable energy sources, and CCS carbon storage systems. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be an independent expert responsible for collaborating with customers. Your Role and Responsibilities:
Ensuring business continuity for existing customers, acquiring new customers based on the designated strategy, market analysis, and promotion of ABB Motion solutions in selected market segments.
Building long-term business relationships with customers at all business levels (technicians, managers, directors, and executives).
Analyzing requests for proposals with the support of drive technology experts.
Analyzing market trends in given segments and promoting the ABB drive systems brand.
Using your knowledge of customer needs and ABB solutions to identify custom solutions that are effective for customers.
Conducting product presentations and participating in global and local initiatives from a sales perspective.
Qualifications for this Position:
At least 3 years of experience in selling complex solutions to multiple channels with many customers involved in the project (including general contractors, integrators, technology suppliers, design offices).
Higher education, preferably technical in the field of electrical engineering/electronics, mechatronics, automation and robotics, or industrial engineering.
Experience and ability to work with long sales cycles and complex decision-making processes.
General knowledge of drive technology, industrial automation, electrical engineering, or power electronics.
Ease in establishing business contacts and awareness of building relationships also with senior management on the customer side.
Proactive approach, ability to prioritize, and focus on seeking custom solutions.
Fluent knowledge of English and Polish, enabling free communication.
Category B driving license and willingness to travel frequently on business.
