Keeping up to date with commercial policies and procedures regarding Danone products.Ensuring compliance with cold chain policies in the transportation and storage of Danone products.Responsible for achieving monthly and annual sales targets in the region.Controlling the daily activities of the branch and regional sales team.Ensuring that colleagues comply vigilantly with safety policies, procedures, and regulations.Monitoring the performance of the covered personnel and constantly helping to advance individual goals.Responsible for creating optimal routes (changing routes if necessary) to ensure optimal distribution of Danone products in the market.Training and developing the team under supervision, and ensuring that the sales team can carry out effective advertising of Danone products.Ensuring compliance with trade standards and implementing the company's marketing activities in his region.Transferring all necessary information to his team to improve sales levels (e.g,. new products, performance indicators, etc.).Monitoring and controlling the credits available in the market in his region.Reviewing and analyzing daily sales in the region and proposing corrective actions if necessary.Monitoring the condition of vehicles to prevent possible accidents.Promoting the image of Danone through its professional attitude and approach to the company's main customers.Resolving customer/consumer needs in accordance with the organization's policy.Continuously collecting market information.Analyzing and reporting daily activities to the regional manager.
