Job Offer: Project Manager

Location: Nysa, Poland

Key Responsibilities:

Leading project planning and execution from inception to completion. Coordinating with subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met. Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. Identifying and mitigating project risks. Reporting project progress to senior management and clients. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Developing and implementing project management best practices.

Expectations:

5 years of experience in a similar position. Higher technical education. Experience in the broad engineering industry related to industrial investment projects, with a particular focus on EPC/EPCM projects. Fluent knowledge of English. Proficiency in MS Office software. Ability to quickly assimilate and utilize new knowledge and solve problems. Operational efficiency. Proficiency in project management tools. Professional experience gained during the construction phase.
