About the job
Set vision, direction, and culture for the operations team to manage individual and team performance goals effectively. Work to ensure the delivery of an outstanding customer experience, addressing escalated concerns when necessary. Evaluate and manage resources and processes to ensure successful project completion. Act as a liaison between strategy teams and the implementation team. Ensure individual branches focus on Safety, Quality, Customer Service, and Profitability. Must have the ability to multitask, manage multiple accounts, and establish priorities effectively. The Operations Manager role is a middle-management position within the operations team. Perform ad-hoc analysis and generate reports based on business needs. Provide individual coaching and feedback sessions, including weekly one-on-ones to enhance customer satisfaction. Possess knowledge of supervisory techniques to effectively manage, motivate, and train employees. Monitor real-time service levels and schedule adherence. Collect feedback proactively and be responsible for tweaking processes to make them more robust. Possess excellent customer service skills and maintain a consistent, high level of service. Demonstrate structured problem-solving skills, detail-oriented approach, and a customer-first attitude. Prior experience in process design and operations implementation (preferably in logistics/Supply Chain Management). Desired Skills and Experience
