Pay range: $122,025 - $178,970 yearly (commensurate with experience)

What you will be doing:

Leads a team of Plant Operation Managers as well as being directly responsible for:Plant OperationsDistributionSafety(Personal and Operational)ComplianceQualityOversees all production distribution activities for plants as well as all distribution for internal shuttles throughout the marketsResponsible for safety and compliance(internal Linde standards, FDA, Federal, State, local regulations for the division)Manages Productivity, Lean Six Sigma InitiativesWorks directly with region Productivity management teamCreates manages operational plans that result in the accomplishment of Linde objectivesDevelop yearly plant management operational goals with interim and final operational performance, and manages performance against the goalsContinues to utilize current US West Best Practices:Facilitate Weekly Plant Expense Management Review CallsManage Regional Monthly Safety Trend ChartsManage and Distribute Monthly Plant KPI Actuals ChartMonthly Regional Vice President Operational ReportingCoordinate and facilitates activities and commitments with sales organizationEnsures strategies are appropriately formulated and communication plans are providedMonitors trends, develops procedures, and takes actions that set precedentsKPI ReportingDevelop continuous process improvement projects with retail and plant operations teamsStaff, train, coach, and administer performance reviews, and corrective action of subordinate employeesEnsure direct staff is also staffing, training, coaching, administering performance reviews and corrective actions down through the operations organizationEnsures compliance with all applicable internal and external standardsWorks with strategic independence, conferring with Region and Senior Management on more complex assignmentsDevelops documented operational planning and goalsCoordinate’s operations and project work with corporate functions including logistics, engineering, human resources, and financeOther duties as assigned
