In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets within a defined customer portfolio at Dentsply Sirona. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of our dental product range to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy.

Area Manager – Essential Dental Solutions – South West, Netherlands

Role and Responsibilities:

Conduct effective sales appointments in dental practices, tailoring the benefits of DENTSPLY SIRONA products to different needs. Visiting designated dealer locations in the Netherlands and scheduling training for dealer representatives and traveling with them Proactively communicate promotions of DENTSPLY SIRONA to increase product appeal. Schedule and give presentations at health centers and local dental practices to demonstrate products. Participate in national and local events to increase product reach. Develop effective cooperation with opinion leaders and universities to increase their engagement. Report accurately using Salesforce KPIs. Collect, update and analyze user data for targeted strategies. Achieve the set sales goals.  Handling complaints through thorough root cause analysis and data collection

What we are looking for:
You have at least a MBO - HBO or WO (NL) degree and proven experience in direct sales with knowledge of professional selling techniques.  You are fluent in Dutch and English and you are used to communicate at various levels within the organization but equally with clients. You can organize your work independently and you have knowledge of MS Office including various Sales related tools.
