Your Impact: 

As Area Manager South, you will be responsible for: 
✅ Managing & Developing a Sales Team – Lead a team of professionals, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitable growth. 
✅ Customer Engagement & Value Creation – Work closely with customers to understand their needs and position Solenis as their preferred partner. 
✅ Strategic Business Growth – Identify new opportunities, drive new product adoption, and strengthen Solenis' presence in the region. 
✅ Safety & Compliance Leadership – Maintain a strong focus on safety, environmental excellence, and operational efficiency. 
✅ Collaboration & Problem-Solving – Work with cross-functional teams (Technical, Supply Chain, HR) to optimize performance and enhance customer satisfaction. 

What You Bring: 

🔹 Industry Expertise – Experience in pulp & paper, chemical, or water treatment industries. 
🔹 Leadership & Sales Management – Proven ability to manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team. 
🔹 Strategic & Analytical Thinking – Ability to analyze technical challenges, identify solutions, and negotiate effectively. 
🔹 Communication & Relationship Building – Strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams. 
🔹 Technical Background – Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field (experience in lieu of a degree may be considered). 
🔹 Flexibility & Travel Readiness – Willingness to travel 60% of the time for customer visits, trials, and team support. 

🔹 Fluency in Spanish is required, along with a professional level of English (both written and spoken).
