From recruitment to performance management, your leadership will shape our success. + **Project Mastery:** Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring quality results. You’ll verify schedules, allocate resources, and troubleshoot any challenges. + **Collaborate:** Partner with store personnel and our PREMIUM team to achieve merchandising excellence. Discuss schedules, adapt to changes, and build lasting relationships. + **Safety First:** Proactively identify and address safety concerns to create a secure work environment. **QUALIFICATIONS** **Qualifications:** + **Leadership Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in management or supervisory roles.
