In the role of a Area Listing Manager you will be responsible for growing and developing the Sales instructions within both branches by:
Generating and conducting Sale Valuation appointmentsWinning and securing new instructions on properties to sellBusiness Prospecting and proactive activityExtensive local market knowledge and networkingMaximising branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)Displaying excellent customer service at all timesWe are looking for our next Rockstar and as such you must have experience working in Estate Agency as either a Senior Negotiator that has Valuing experience looking for progression or Valuer looking for a bigger challenge and looking for the next step in your career. Either way essenital to have experience in conducting sales valuations. This is an excellent opportunity for a tenacious and driven individual looking to make a real stamp on these branches success story.
A full UK driving license is essential.
