The PositionJob Summary:
Responsible for area management including but not limited to: evaluating and developing market, implementing sales executive and customer support, etc.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
Command the knowledge of customer status and develop the target market. Follow up responsible customers in one’s own territory and optimize the use of expenses budget.Manage suitable distributor network in the area, set annual sales target for appointed distributors, assist and monitor performance of Distributors to ensure yearly target is achieved.Speed up channel development with distributors to have a better coverage of end users Develop and maintain customers, increase in-market salesObserve competitors closely, cooperate with tendering team and follow up the process in the areaMarket data collection and site assessment for potential prospects. Provide insights and trend to regional managers on a regular basis Set up and develop sales team in the area via training, coaching and delegation.Work closely with central and region marketing team so as to exploit full marketing intelligenceCoordinate with CC and other support team in order to support sales effortOther projects or tasks assigned by line managerBasic Requirements of the Job:
Education& Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master Degree in Clinical Diagnostics or Appropriate Science discipline and/or Business Degree
Conversational communication in both spoken and written English
Good command of MS office software application
Experience:
At least 8 years similar sales experience in the relevant industry with at least 5 years in managerial role
Marketing and channel development experience will be a plus
