HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

\n

What your day-to-day will be like:

\n\nProvide strategic technical direction, management, oversight, and support to our hotels, Team Members, and owners\nEnsure hotel assets (building, spaces, plant, equipment, and systems) are being correctly managed and maintained\nPlan and implement initiatives to achieve results and influence relating to technical operations\n\n

How you will collaborate with others:

\n\nWork with internal stakeholders to ensure Hilton standards and procedures are being implemented\nPlan and implement initiatives to improve activities relating to technical operations\n\n

What deliverables you will take ownership of:

\n\nConduct the Hotel Engineering Annual Inspection once per year\nMonitor hotel technical and utility financial targets to ensure understanding of budget guidance\nSupport the growth of our Engineering leaders by providing guidance, training, and career advancements opportunities\n\n

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

\n\nSeven (7) Years of work experience in Engineering preferably in hotels or similar facilities management roles\nFluent in both English and Spanish including written and verbal\nHave high technical understanding of building/facility equipment, systems, and operations\nTravel up to 35%\n\n

It would be useful if you have:

\n\n\n

A Degree/Diploma (or equivalent experience in lieu of) in a relevant technical field, with ten years’ experience in hotels or similar facilities management roles
