The Delivery Operations organization is responsible for successful customer contract delivery including field operations, project management and operations management. Operational excellence is the key pillar supporting our differentiation, competitiveness, and profitability.
Our operational environment is constantly changing. With fast growing New Building Solutions and Modernization business both in volume business and major projects, we need to introduce new ways of working while maintaining the focus on fundamentals.
As the Area Delivery Operations Development Senior Manager, you are responsible for identifying the opportunities for improvement, driving new ways of working and coaching our frontline teams for growth.
Delivery Operations Development Senior Manager collaborates actively with relevant FL, Area and global functions to ensure alignment and effective best practice sharing and provides input for prioritization, road mapping and monitoring of development initiatives.
What will you be doing?
Promotes adherence to safety practices through leading by example.
Proactively analyze the data (KPIs) to identify improvement opportunities in daily operations to achieve productivity improvement targets.
Converts analysis into concrete improvement actions in cooperation with Frontlines (FL) / Area / Global
Optimize delivery processes from Order to Handover to Service through strategic plans and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations, increase order book rotation and reduce lead times.
Together with the relevant Delivery Operations team, set targets and follow up on development progress and business performance against these targets through regular performance reviews
Provides guidance to delivery personnel, project managers, and installation teams to establish clear performance metrics, KPIs, and goals for operational excellence.
Mentor and coach team members to enhance skills, productivity, and collaboration to consistently deliver high-quality services.
Actively collaborates in the future development plans of Global, Area and FL team and promotes digital transformation.
Supports the implementation, adoption, utilization, and constant improvement of the Delivery Operations Operating Model processes and tools in the FL. Also, collaborates in gathering customer input and insights for continuous improvement
Incorporates Lean Site methodology to optimize resource utilization and workflow efficiency
The Delivery Operations Development Manager is part of the Delivery Operations Development Manager Community
Are you the one?
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience as a manager of Delivery Operations Development or Delivery Operations Management or project management in a sizable geographical area like APAC, EMEA or AMEA.
Have an analytical, LEAN and growth mindset coupled with experience in digitalization and change management/transformation.
Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills and enjoy working in a matrix organization.
