Are you a seasoned sales professional in the medical devices industry with a passion for driving growth and leading high-impact sales operations?
We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Business Manager (ABM) to take charge of our Chandigarh/Chhattisgarh region. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth industry experience, strong customer relationship skills, and a proven track record in sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Leadership: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
Customer Engagement: Maintain strong communication with customers and share timely updates with the Regional Business Manager (RBM).
KOL Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare stakeholders.
Revenue & Collection: Oversee revenue flow and ensure timely collections.
Distributor & Hospital Coordination: Manage stock, invoicing, and logistics in collaboration with distributors and hospitals.
Reporting: Submit regular sales reports and market insights to the RBM, highlighting trends, challenges, and growth opportunities.
✅ Candidate Profile:Science graduate (English medium background)
6–7 years of experience in the cardiovascular/vascular devices segment (e.g., DES, BMS, PTCA Balloons, Catheters, THV, etc.)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in English (written & spoken)
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
Self-motivated, disciplined, and a team player
