Create order, monitor delivery and collection at retailer levelEstablish and strengthen Pioneer distribution networking and ensure the link between farmer’s requirements with retailers seed availabilityMaintain health inventory level at retailers by monitoring channel inventory in monthly basisEnsure Pioneer's leading position in building service/relationship in retailersAssist DBL in sales planning and strategy/tactic development aimed for seed business growth in the designated area Manage good relationship with and secure volumes from special customers (food industry, silage)Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field;
Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in seed production, agronomy, or agricultural sales, ideally within the corn seed industry
Experience managing multi-site or multi-crop operations is highly valued.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving market share growth.
Ability to identify market gaps and lead new product introductions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to present technical information to diverse stakeholders including farmers, technical teams, and regulatory
