**Position Snapshot** **Company:** Nestlé Pakistan **Location:** Punjab, Pakistan **Job Type:** Full-time **Qualification:** University degree in Agriculture, Veterinary, Animal Husbandry or Agronomy **Experience:** 3-5 years’ experience in Dairy / Agronomy sector **Position Summary** Responsible for fresh milk & agri. raw materials sourcing to achieve business targets through implementation of good farm & sustainable agriculture practices. **A day in the life of...** • Driving agriculture extension and development activities in the region • Achieving business results through sourcing • Development of sustainable direct source in the region • Acting as an advisor and subject matter expert to guide suppliers on modern farming techniques to enhance productivity, quality and profitability. • Supporting Regional Agri Sourcing Manager in developing strategies for fresh milk/agri. raw materials • Collaborating with Farmers, Government officials, NGO's and other organizations for the development of farmer & livestock • Coaching, training & development of farmers/MSAs • Ensuring implementation of Nestlé initiatives in sourcing of fresh milk/Agri raw material **What will make you successful?** • Understanding and appreciation dynamics of rural societies, their development, and raw material production systems • Knowledge of fodder production including varieties & costs • Knowledge and understanding of modern dairy and agriculture farms’ management • Adequate knowledge and understanding of risk assessment, food safety, hygiene and quality assurance, sustainability of raw material production
