Job Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of the Product Designer, which is one of the key components of our next-generation policy administration system, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.Collaborate closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.Drive architectural decisions, including technology selection, integration strategies, and design patterns.Oversee the implementation of best practices and standards for software development, ensuring high-quality code and maintainability.Conduct system analysis and performance optimization to enhance system efficiency and reliability.Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and solution discussions with cross-functional teams.Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying them to create innovative solutions.Key Relationships

Educational Qualification
Bachelor of Science Degree – Computer Science or related fieldSpecific Qualifications
Japanese language: N3 & above or English business fluencyTotal Experience
Experience:- 10+ years software development experience
- Consulting or project transformation experience at an expert level
- Comprehensive P&C insurance knowledge in Claims domain
- Tier 1 insurance carrier transformation experience, preferred
Technical Skills:- Proven experience as a Solution Architect in any industry, with a strong focus on client server systems.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure software systems.
- Strong expertise in Angular and Node.js for frontend and backend development.
- Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
