In this role you will have the opportunity to:
• Create 2D and 3D maps and models, both digital and physical, of operational structures and environments from a range of data sources using a suite of commercial applications on the Sponsor’s enclave
• Provide precise measurements of objects contained in these models, to guide engineering and operational decisions and to support operational overwatch
• Operate and maintain the Sponsor’s 3D printing and fabrication lab
• Provide modeling training to Sponsor components
Basic Qualifications:
• 5 years experience using 3D architectural modeling techniques and software, including one or more of the following Maya, AutoCAD, Bently MicroStation, REVIT or related software
• 5 years experience using current and emerging commercial and NTM imagery collection platforms
• 5 years experience using GIS and satellite imagery analysis software and sources of data
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in computer-aided design, drafting, architecture, mechanical engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Desired Skills:
• Experience in performing access modeling
• Experience using 3D printing technologies to create physical models from digital data
• Experience designing and building Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, and/or Mixed Reality products using Unreal or Unity gaming platforms
• Experience building multimedia interactive products in the IC
• Experience working in multidisciplinary technical and engineering teams

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Standard Monday to Friday 40 hour work week
