Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Drafter with over 3 years of professional experience and strong skills in Revit and AutoCAD Architecture. The successful candidate will work on commercial, educational, and multi-family projects, assisting our team with production work, including the preparation of conceptual site and building designs and working drawings.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare conceptual site and building designs.Develop detailed working drawings.Perform field reviews and document observations and conditions.Collaborate with the team on various project phases.Essential SkillsProficiency in Revit and AutoCAD Architecture.3+ years of professional drafting/design experience in commercial, education, or multi-family projects.Additional Skills & QualificationsArchitectural degree.Rendering skills are desirable.Experience in construction documentation is a plus.Work Environment
The work environment offers a hybrid schedule, with the first 6 weeks in-office from 9 am to 5 pm, 5 days per week. Following the onboarding period, employees can work 3 days a week in the office located in West Linn. The office is quiet, fostering a collaborative and productive atmosphere. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
