Job Description: + Manage day-to-day project activities and oversee assistants on assigned projects. + Analyze project context, building materials, and precedents to inform design decisions. + Develop conceptual and preliminary designs in plan, section, and elevation. + Create 3D visualizations of design concepts using various mediums. + Conduct project site planning, zoning and local code analysis, and building code application. + Design and detail architectural systems and components for buildings. + Read and interpret drawings, technical documentation, schematics, and reports. Requirements + Experience working on multi-family residential projects + Proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Design Suite. + Ability to produce construction drawings and documents. + Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, structures, systems, construction materials, and specifications.
