Job Description
Join a small, collaborative architecture firm as a Job Captain and become part of a supportive, close-knit team. You'll manage multiple small to midsize projects across a diverse portfolio—including residential, commercial, educational, religious, and industrial work—while coordinating both technical and administrative aspects to ensure efficient project delivery.
ResponsibilitiesAct as a client liaison while managing project schedules, budgets, and scopes.Lead projects through all phases—from schematic design to construction administration.Conduct research on codes, zoning, and products to support design and compliance.Create detailed drawings, perform field measurements, and coordinate with consultants and agencies.Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth project delivery and provide flexible support where needed.Essential SkillsProficiency in Revit, Archicad, BIM, and architectural design.Experience in construction documents and drafting.2–4 years of relevant experience in architectural practice.Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33.65 - $43.27/hr.
