Take ownership of continuous improvements

In this role, you will be a Design Architect of Facility projects, developing architectural designs to be submitted to the authorities for approval. (Comune, Soprintendenza and other relevant authorities)

As a Facility Design Architect, you will also be responsible for:

Generating ideas on how a new asset will be created and how existing assets will be refurbished from an architectural and facilities standpointVerifying if the design is being done in the right way, to the right standard and at the right costDeveloping the cadastral documents to be submitted to the land/building registry (Catasto)Signing the documents as official architectural designer for the authorities and the land/building registryEngaging in dialogue with external designers in charge of developing the detailed designCarrying out design reviews developed by external designers in order to check the compliance with building regulations

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction EngineeringBe a chartered Architect or Engineer (Abilitazione all’esercizio della professione di Architetto o Ingegnere, e iscrizione al rispettivo albo professionale).Be fluent in Italian, English knowledge is also preferredHave several years' experience in architectural design, with particular reference to authorities permit designPosses expert knowledge of building regulations Have sone knowledge in Civil Works and Constructions of general FacilitiesBe a thorough and effective communicator Display good interpersonal and leadership skills..Demonstrate effective problem identification, solution skills, and proven analytical and organizational abilityBe eligible to work in Italy
