**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Reporting & Analytics Requirements Gathering and Marketing Operations. This role involves working on Digital Asset Management (DAM) processes and strategies ensuring efficient content distribution and asset lifecycle management. The position is hybrid with no travel required. **Responsibilities** + Lead the design and implementation of reporting and analytics solutions to support business objectives. + Oversee requirements gathering sessions to ensure comprehensive understanding of project needs. + Provide expertise in marketing operations to enhance campaign effectiveness. + Manage the MLR process to ensure compliance and efficiency in marketing activities. + Utilize DAM tools to streamline asset tagging and data migration processes. + Coordinate content distribution strategies to maximize reach and engagement. + Curate assets to maintain a high-quality digital library. + Develop business processes that align with digital strategy goals. + Implement DAM domain knowledge to optimize asset lifecycle management. + Facilitate the DAM creative process to support innovative content creation. + Track project progress using MS Project to ensure timely delivery. + Engage in stakeholder management to align project outcomes with business expectations. + Support new product development in the tech domain by providing architectural insights. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital strategy initiatives. **Qualifications** + Demonstrate proficiency in reporting and analytics tools to derive actionable insights. + Exhibit strong skills in requirements gathering to accurately capture project specifications. + Possess in-depth knowledge of marketing operations and the MLR process. + Show expertise in DAM tools and asset tagging for efficient digital asset management. + Have experience in data migration processes to ensure seamless transitions. + Understand content distribution and asset curation processes to enhance digital presence. + Be familiar with business process development and digital strategy implementation. + Display comprehensive DAM domain knowledge for effective asset lifecycle management. + Utilize project tracking tools like MS Project for efficient project management. + Excel in stakeholder management to foster collaborative relationships. **Job Location** Primary: Austin - TX USA **Salary and Other Compensation** : The annual salary for this position is between $112,000 - $140,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
