Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce architecture

Experience in delivering projects in Agile environments, including sprint planning and estimation
Experience with ETL tools like MuleSoft, Informatica, or Talend
Ability to create architecture diagrams, reusable frameworks, and technical documentation
