Job Title: Salesforce Technical Solution Architect

Hiring Locations: Bangalore,Pune,Trivandrum,Kochi,Hyderabad,Chennai

Experience Range:

Total IT Experience: 12 to 18 years

Salesforce Experience: Minimum 9 years (including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning development, and architecting/solutioning)

Health Cloud Implementation: At least 3 projects, each with a minimum 6 months duration

Must Have Skills: Salesforce Platform & Development

Strong hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura & LWC), SOQL, Salesforce Administration, Configuration, and Customization

Salesforce Lightning: At least 2 projects in Lightning, including custom component development (Aura/LWC)

Experience in Salesforce Data Modeling and ability to guide development teams on best practices

Strong understanding and implementation experience with Experience Cloud

Implementation knowledge of workflow rules, validation rules, approval processes, reports, and dashboards

Experience in OmniStudio and its application in complex Salesforce implementations

Domain Expertise

Solid experience in the Healthcare domain, especially payer/insurance workflows

Strong knowledge of Health Cloud Data Models, external objects, and healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR)

Must have worked on at least 3 Health Cloud implementation projects

Integration & Architecture

Proven experience in enterprise-level integrations with external systems using SOAP, REST, WSDL, SSL, and OAuth standards

Familiarity with Salesforce APIs – REST, SOAP, Metadata API, Bulk API

Experience using ETL tools (e.g., Mulesoft, Informatica, Boomi, Cast Iron)

Worked on production deployments using change sets, ANT, or Eclipse IDE

Capable of evaluating configuration vs. customization for scalability and performance

Experience coordinating with Enterprise Architecture teams on data modeling and integration strategy

Project & Communication Skills

Experience working with USA-based clients, including onsite-offshore coordination

Experience with large-scale implementations (>10,000 users)

Strong problem-solving and solutioning skills

Ability to lead and mentor development teams and provide technical oversight
