Test Architect UST Global is looking for a Test Architect who can design, implement and maintain comprehensive enterprise level test strategies. The candidate should have strong knowledge in design and architecture of Test Automation Frameworks and building overall automation strategy for complex enterprise systems. Should have experience in building solutions across various areas of testing covering automation, test data management and test environment management. Candidate should have strong experience providing solutions for large proposals and driving innovation across testing areas. Qualifications • Minimum 12 years’ experience in an IT environment, with experience in leading testing engagements. • Strong experience in Designing Automation Framework. • At least 3 years as a Test Architect role or Solution consultant role with strong experience in assessing problems and providing solutions across different test areas. • Well versed with Automation maturity assessment, feasibility analysis and tooling strategy • Expertise in Automationframework development, customization, reporting component integration • Application and Infrastructure design experience, with deep understanding of, Automation frameworks, tools like Selenium, Appium, Cypress. • Expertise in Selenium and Appium automation tools on both Android and web platform and automating regression test cases using Selenium WebDriver with Java. • Expertise in different phases of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including methodologies like Agile and Waterfall. • Exposure to DevOps integration, CI-CD/Continuous testing, SAST and DAST integration as part of pipeline and DevSecOps exposure. • Strong experience managing senior stakeholders and leaders, understanding their requirements and be able to build a point-of-view which can be developed into detailed solutions. • Effective organizational and communication skills, with the ability to develop and deliver technical presentations and tailor content to audience as appropriate • Work with cross-functional teams, product management, development, and operations to architect innovative Test solutions that meet the requirements of Group IT strategy. • Experience with building tools and platforms for testing and leveraging AI to bring in innovation. • Strong understating of core Quality Process with preference of industry standard certifications.
