In this role, you will be a key member of the Customer Platform Team within the IT department, driving global Sales & Marketing automation capabilities via our CRM Systems. You will lead the discovery, design, and implementation of scalable, high-impact Salesforce solutions.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

Recommend architectural patterns to meet IT & business needs around availability, scalability, and performance.

Define technical scope and drive development of Salesforce solutions across multiple initiatives.

Develop standards, guidelines, and frameworks; mentor project teams on Salesforce best practices.

Conduct code reviews to ensure coding standards and performance benchmarks are maintained.

Monitor and ensure Salesforce platform performance, reliability, and stability.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce issues.

Stay current with industry trends and contribute to the evolution of platform capabilities.

Ensure compliance with internal design, deployment, and support methodologies.

Communicate complex ideas effectively across all levels of the organization.

Must-Have Skills:

Salesforce Development: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows

Salesforce Configuration & Security: Sharing models, profiles, roles, permissions

Sales Cloud & Marketing Automation Experience

Salesforce Integration: REST, Bulk, Streaming APIs, Platform Events

CI/CD Tools: Copado, GIT, branching strategies

ERP Integrations: Designing secure and scalable integrations

Performance Tuning: Salesforce platform performance management

Agile Environment Experience (Scaled Agile preferred)
