Must-Have Skills

 

9+ years of experience in software development, including 7+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem Proven expertise in Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud Strong knowledge of: Case Management Entitlements Service Territories Work Order Management Service Appointment Scheduling Knowledge Management Experience Cloud Proficiency in: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows Salesforce APIs: REST, Bulk, Streaming Event-driven architecture using Platform Events Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GIT, and deployment tools like Copado Expertise in designing secure, scalable integrations with ERP systems and other external platforms Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, and strategic planning capabilities

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience working in scaled agile environments Knowledge of Salesforce security models and configuration best practices Familiarity with Salesforce development standards, governance, and process design Experience conducting code reviews and driving consistent implementation practices Passion for continuous learning and innovation Preferred Salesforce certifications: Administrator Service Cloud Consultant Field Service Consultant Platform App Builder Application Architect / System Architect Integration Architect
