Job Title: SAP CO Consultant with RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting)

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 9 years of total experience with at least 7+ years in SAP FI-CO implementation and support.

At least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations involving RAR configuration and deployment.

Strong configuration experience in SAP CO, including:

Cost Centers & Profit Centers

Internal Orders

Product Costing

COPA (Profitability Analysis)

Solid hands-on experience in SAP RAR, including:

Design, configuration, and integration with SD, FI, and BRIM

RAR migration and revenue recognition as per IFRS 15 / IFRS 16

In-depth understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and SD/FI/CO integration.

Working knowledge of BRF+ (Business Rule Framework Plus).

Strong documentation and client-facing communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

SAP Certification in FI-CO and/or S/4HANA Finance.

Exposure to SAP BPC (Business Planning & Consolidation).

Experience with SAP Country India Version (CIN).

Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager and implementation tools.

Integration experience with MM, PS, and HR modules.

Basic technical understanding of IDoc/ALE/EDI processes.

Prior experience leading small teams or workstreams.
