Job Title: SAP ABAP

Location: Bengaluru

 Experience Range: 10  to 12 Years

Must-Have Skills:

Experience: 10-12 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development. Technical Expertise: Strong expertise in ABAP RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversion, Enhancements, and Forms). Proficient in object-oriented programming (OOPs/OOABAP). Experience in ABAP Reports (Classical, Interactive, ALV), Interfaces (BAPI, BDC, EDI-IDoc), and Enhancements (BADI, User Exits, Customer Exits). Expertise in Data Dictionary and performance tuning. Strong skills in HANA ABAP (e.g., CDS, AMDP, RAP, ODATA). Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to drive initiatives in volatile environments. Excellent team player with leadership experience. Experience in project types: implementation, support, and upgrades. Strong effort estimation and task management skills. Knowledge of SDLC processes and tools (e.g., XL, MPP).

Good-to-Have Skills:

SAP Certification in ABAP. Experience in advanced ABAP areas such as Webdynpro and Workflow. Knowledge of Enhancement Spots and integration with external applications. Experience with development standards and process management. Primary Skills: SAP ABAP, S/4 ABAP, RICEF.
