Experience Range:

8–12 years

Minimum 4+ years in technology leadership, including 3+ years in enterprise architecture roles 5–6 years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE or Python

Must Have Skills:

Strong hands-on development experience with Java/J2EE or Python Deep understanding of enterprise systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Knowledge of microservices, event-driven architectures, and integration patterns Strong background in data architecture, including analytics and governance frameworks Practical application of Object-Oriented Programming and Design Patterns Strategic and hands-on ability to design and implement scalable solutions Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working across cross-functional teams to align business and IT goals Proficiency in architecture governance, risk mitigation, and standards enforcement

Good to Have Skills:

Certifications: TOGAF, SAFe Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, etc. Familiarity with frameworks like ITIL, COBIT, or Lean Portfolio Management Exposure to Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI Experience with relational and semi-structured databases Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, containerization, and observability tools
