Description Lead design development and documentation for commercial projects from concept through construction. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure design excellence and technical accuracy. Prepare and review construction documents, specifications, and permit submissions. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and commercial construction methods. Excellent communication and project coordination skills. Licensure or progress toward licensure preferred. Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $38.00/hr.
