You’ll define scalable, customized solutions using Teamcenter UA, AWC, and SAP integrations. This role involves close collaboration with architects and business teams to drive digital transformation. You’ll work from Danfoss’ LEED Platinum-rated Oragadam campus, a hub of innovation and sustainability. Join a global team leading the OnePLM journey through technical leadership and solution excellence. **Job Responsibilities** + Gather business requirements and create detailed solution proposals and specifications. + Configure, customize, and build Teamcenter solutions aligned with business processes. + Collaborate with Business and Lead Architects to estimate, prototype, and implement solutions. + Coordinate support activities and resolve complex technical issues. + Ensure data integrity and provide corrective solutions when inconsistencies arise. + Deliver high-quality documentation and metrics to support team performance. + Contribute to the design and development of scalable, sustainable PLM solutions. + Support the OnePLM journey by aligning solutions with enterprise architecture standards. + Promote best practices and continuous improvement within the global PLM team. **Background & Skills** + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Computer/IT, Electronics, or PLM Engineering. + 12+ years of experience in Teamcenter UA with strong AWC and SAP integration expertise. + Proficient in Java, C/C++, ITK, SOA, AWC (AngularJS, HTML5/CSS3), BMIDE, and T4S. + Deep domain knowledge in Teamcenter CAD, data migration, upgrades, and SAP integration. + Strong understanding of PLM modules like MPP, Workflow Designer, Access Manager, and Change Management. + Skilled in full software development lifecycle including requirement gathering, design, and testing. + Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, cross-functional environment. + Experience with Dispatcher/Translator and infrastructure components is a plus. **Danfoss – Engineering Tomorrow** At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
