Description A trendsetting hospitality and lifestyle brand based in Encinitas is seeking a proactive and analytical Accounts Receivable Manager to lead their AR operations. Key Responsibilities: + Oversee the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations + Monitor aging reports and implement strategies to reduce DSO + Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to resolve billing issues + Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies + Prepare AR reports and support month-end close activities + Lead and mentor AR staff, fostering a culture of accountability and service Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred + Minimum 3+ years of accounting or finance experience required + At least 2+ years of AR experience in hospitality, restaurant, or service industries + Strong communication skills and ability to work independently + Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities + Experience with SAGE Intacct or similar ERP systems preferred Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
