WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Lead a team of Credit Controllers to coordinate collections and minimise bad debt for an assigned portfolio of customersBuild up and maintain stakeholder relationship across the entire OTC chainManage escalations between customers, sales representatives, country DHL entities and the accounts receivables departmentSet up, review and maintains service line agreements with country sales, customer service and operationTo provide professional and qualitative customer service in line with set DHL standardsRecruit, build, manage and develop a team of motivated staff members to maximise performance and ensure delivery of the agreed objectivesThis is afull-time permanent position working Monday to Fridayduring business hours, flexibility with hours during peak times may be required

WHAT CAN YOU BRING?

Proven leadership experience in a customer service or finance based role

Advanced Excel skills and ability to interpret data and reportingAbility to work proactively with the customer to identify improvement opportunitiesDeliver innovative solutions and services that create value for customersExcellent communication & organisational skills
