\n\nLead a team of Credit Controllers to coordinate collections and minimise bad debt for an assigned portfolio of customers\nBuild up and maintain stakeholder relationship across the entire OTC chain\nManage escalations between customers, sales representatives, country DHL entities and the accounts receivables department\nSet up, review and maintains service line agreements with country sales, customer service and operation\nTo provide professional and qualitative customer service in line with set DHL standards\nRecruit, build, manage and develop a team of motivated staff members to maximise performance and ensure delivery of the agreed objectives\nThis is afull-time permanent position working Monday to Fridayduring business hours, flexibility with hours during peak times may be required\n\nWHAT CAN YOU BRING?
\n\nProven leadership experience – Highly desirable in finance services\nExperience in accounts receivable or credit control roles - Desirable\nProficiency in financial systems (e.g. SAP / Oracle) - Desirable\nAdvanced Excel skills and ability to interpret data and reporting\nAbility to work proactively with the customer to identify commercial / service improvement opportunities\nDeliver innovative solutions and services that create value for customers\nExcellent communication & organisational skills\n\nSUPPORTING A DIVERSE WORKFORCE
