Summary: In this role, responsibilities include managing the Accounts Receivable (A/R) inbox and responding promptly to inquiries. Regular correspondence with customers ensures the verification and retrieval of accurate contact information. The position also involves conducting research and analysis of open A/R for various national divisions, as well as preparing and maintaining multiple reports to be distributed to regional directors. Accurate aging reports are maintained, and necessary account adjustments are identified and executed as needed. Additionally, outstanding brokerage statements are sent to clients for payment, with daily follow-ups conducted with both clients and sales team members. Finally, the role includes reconciling Accounts Receivable to the General Ledger to ensure financial accuracy.
