Kforce has a client that is seeking an AR/Collections Specialist in Johnston, RI. Day to Day Responsibilities: * AR/Collections Specialist will respond to customer questions about unpaid bills * Pull reports to check on overdue accounts * Update account notes in PeopleSoft * Contact customers about aging items, mostly through email * As an AR/Collections Specialist, you will handle a high volume of collections, usually starting at 90-120 days overdue * Can be up to 190 active conversations to follow up on- can take a few days
